Odyssey Elementary V3- update

During Interbike I wrote about the new version of the Elementary stem, there wasn't a lot of information and there weren't any good picture. I'll make up for that now.

The most important part first: the V3 weights in at 228g and is now easier to install. They revised the wedges so they have a better fit to the stem. The new cutouts save 8g and some work during installation.

Right now there are no gyro tabs available for the V3
